If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites

How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

ZEM AI Receptionist
ZEM Cleaning Service may provide “Logic,” an automated AI receptionist, to answer general questions and help visitors prepare cleaning-service requests. Logic does not replace a ZEM staff member and cannot confirm final prices, discounts, availability or appointments.
Preparing a request does not send it to ZEM. Before submission, the visitor must review the information, provide consent and select “Submit request.”
When a visitor uses Logic, ZEM may process the conversation, contact information and service details the visitor chooses to provide. This may include a name, email address, telephone number, property address, requested service, approximate property size, preferred timing, access notes and other relevant property details. Visitors should not provide payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Conversation messages and staged request details are encrypted in ZEM’s WordPress database and are normally deleted after 30 days under ZEM’s configured retention schedule. A security hash derived from the visitor’s network address may be used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. ZEM does not retain query-string information from the page where the conversation began.
If the visitor separately submits a service request, the resulting business inquiry may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to respond, prepare an estimate, provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
To generate responses, relevant conversation content and approved ZEM business information are transmitted through the OpenAI API. ZEM requests that provider response storage be disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain prompts and responses in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, or longer when required for legal or safety reasons.
Logic does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Authorized ZEM personnel may review submitted requests and retained conversations for customer service, quality assurance, security and compliance.
If website voice is offered, microphone access begins only after the visitor grants permission. Voice content is processed to provide the conversation, and completed transcripts follow the same privacy and retention practices described above. A text option remains available.
