An empty property produces the best result. Small remaining items may be manageable, but cleaners should not be expected to move furniture, packed boxes or large amounts of personal property.
Are cupboards and drawers included?+
They can be included when requested, empty and accessible. Because interiors add substantial time, they should be identified during the estimate rather than assumed.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?+
Interior appliance cleaning is available when specifically included. Appliances must be empty, safe to access and in a condition suitable for normal cleaning.
Can you guarantee return of a damage deposit?+
No cleaning company can control lease terms, pre-existing damage or a landlord’s inspection decision. Zem can provide a detailed cleaning scope, but cannot guarantee deposit outcomes.
Can cleaners work while movers are present?+
It is possible in limited cases, but it is less efficient and cleaned areas may be soiled again. Separate windows for movers and cleaners are strongly preferred.
How close to possession should I book?+
Book as early as possible and allow enough time between vacancy and possession for the full scope. Tight same-day windows depend on property size, condition and team availability.
Do you remove unwanted furniture or garbage?+
No. Ordinary waste generated during cleaning can be handled as agreed, but junk, abandoned belongings and bulk disposal require a separate removal service.
What should I photograph before requesting an estimate?+
